The LHBA Renovators’ Counci, in partnership with the Fanshawe Design Program, gives students real-life job experience to design a renovation for an existing home by using the profile of a family, their ‘wish list’ and most importantly, the family's financial budget. Judged by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, members of the LHBA Renovators’ Council, and LHBA members, elements such as the overall concept, styling, function, Ontario Building Code standards, quality of presentation, and use of budget areconsidered
