SHOW DATES & HOURS:
Friday, January 25/13 12noon - 9pm
Saturday January 26/13 10am - 8pm
Sunday January 27/13 11am - 5pm

MOVE OUT:
Sunday January 27/13 5:30pm - 9pm
Monday January 28/13 8am- 4pm

MOVE IN:
Wednesday January 23/13 8am - 8pm
Thursday January 24/13 8am - 8pm
Vehicles will be allowed in up to 12 noon on
Thursday depending on access (15 minutes
maximum). Aisles clear at 5pm - Aisle carpeting installation to start.
Friday January 25/13 8am - 11:30am carry in items only. No heavy carts.

INSURANCE:

The exhibitor shall obtain and maintain at its own expense during the period commencing on the first move-in date and terminating on the last move-out date, a policy of insurance acceptable to LHBA.

ELECTRICAL:

A charge applies for all electrical units ordered. Please see the Stronco Order form for more details.

FLOOR COVERING:

The contracted exhibit floor space MUST have a suitable floor covering. No floors shall go uncovered.

STANDARD DISPLAY DIMENSIONS:

Rear 8' high for 10', side - 8' high for 4', 3' high for 6' unless previous written permission from the show coordinator.

DIRECT SELLING:

Is permitted at the Lifestyle Home show.

WIRELESS INTERNET:

Western Fair District provides a free wireless internet hotspot to Exhibitors where applicable. A wireless card is required to access the hotspot which will only works for Windows XP or VISTA computers.
