What Is Renomark

Renovating your home should be a positive experience enjoyable and free from worry and stress.

You should have full confidence in your renovator and know that you are getting the best. That's why you should choose a RenoMark renovator.

Momentum is growing as the RenoMark expands across Canada. The RenoMark logo was first introduced in the Toronto area about six years ago and is growing to include municipalities coast to coast. Central to the entire RenoMark program is the renovation-specific Code of Conduct to benefit and protect you - the homeowner.

Only members of the London Home Builders' Association are eligible to display the RenoMark symbol. As a RenoMark renovator, a company has to agree to adhere to LHBA Code of Ethics and the RenoMark Code of Conduct. These include returning phone calls within two business days, offering a minimum two-year warranty on all work, carrying a minimum of $2 Million in liability insurance and provide a clearance certificate from the Worker Safety Insurance Board (WSIB).
