Cup Tournament
LHBA Member soccer teams compete for the title with one goal – supporting the London community.
Each year, members are invited to register a team made up of colleagues, family and friends for LHBA’s Constructors Cup – Corporate Soccer Tournament, brought to you by LHBA in partnership with The Tricar Group.
Hosted at Tricar Field in Lambeth, the tournament welcomes up to 16 teams with co-ed rules in effect for a 6V6 (5 players + goalie) format played on mini fields. All levels of players are welcome and we aim to provide a competitive and a recreational pool based on registration.
Enjoy food trucks, prizes and more in-between play. All proceeds will be donated to charity; most recently in 2026 to the Homes For Heroes and the London Veterans Village. We raised a total of $34,000 ($17,000 from the tournament plus a matching donation of $17,000 from The Tricar Group) and got matched by the Fund for Change resulting in a total donation of $68,000.
The Health and Homelessness Fund for Change, supported by the generous anonymous donor family working to improve the lives of those experiencing homelessness in our community, has committed to matching our donation from the tournament dollar-for-dollar. Spectators Welcome!
We have 4 Competitive Teams and 11 Recreational Teams taking part in this year’s tournament. Each team is guaranteed 3 games and the opportunity to qualify for our Semi-Final Round in each pool followed by a championship game for each pool. Captains, please see your email for full details!
Day Overview:
- 8:00-8:20AM – Team Captains to register your team and pick up your team’s lunch and refuelling vouchers. Fields are available for warm-up during this time.
- 8:20AM – Welcome & Announcements
- 8:30AM – Games Begin (please check the schedule for your start time).
- 11:30AM – 2:00PM – Food trucks available for lunch (Field to Truck and CIAO Food Company)
- 1:30PM – Semi-Final Games
- 2:30PM – Championship Games
- Awards Ceremony following the Championship Games.
Prizes:
- Pool champions will receive prizes along with a winning trophy!
- 50/50 Draw: $20/arms length. Draw at 1:00PM
- Win one of two filled to the brim YETI coolers donated by Tricar: Raffle tickets are $10/ticket or $20/3 tickets. Draw at 1:00PM.
