the LHBA
Recognized as leaders in home building and representing a strong network of more than 300 professionals, the London Home Builders’ Association is dedicated to promoting ethical building and business practices while advocating for the industry, promoting careers in the trades and offering programming, events and education to our members.
Recognized as leaders in the home building industry since 1952, the London Home Builders’ Association (LHBA) members include a network of over 350 new home builders, land developers, renovators, suppliers, sub-trade contractors, supporting financial institutions, local government and other professionals.
LHBA members are also members of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) and Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA), which enables us consultation with governments at all levels on policies, programs and legislation that affect the industry and consumers.

We look forward to continuing to deliver incredible events, offering unique and new programming, providing useful education and training to our members and striving to build great communities in London.
Strategic Plan
We Build Great Communities - 2022-2025 was developed to lead our collective work going forward and to explore new opportunities while solidifying the work that has been the cornerstone of the LHBA for over 70 years. The LHBA commits to providing ethical building and business practices for new home build and renovation by advocating with all levels of government to ensure everyone can live in a well built or renovated home.
