LHBA’s Signature Homes & Renovations Magazine has been in publication for years highlighting our members’ innovative products, services and projects, contributions to the community, LHBA initiatives and events, careers in the trades and so much more!
In 2024 LHBA partnered with London Inc. to rejuvenate the magazine, bringing a fresh look, approach and audience to the publication. We proudly release 2 editions yearly as special features in London Inc. Magazine available in both print and virtual paper digital editions.
Lifestyle
Home Show
The largest home show in Southwestern Ontario, LHBA’s Annual Lifestyle Home Show attracts thousands of visitors each year looking for lifestyle products and services, home improvement, outdoor living and new home construction innovations and solutions. The show continues to be the top destination for all the region’s experts!
Exhibition space is available to LHBA members and non-members. We encourage our members to secure a booth, be a key speaker on our stage, volunteer in LHBA’s booth, sponsor the event or come along for the day to enjoy the show!

Golf Classic
LHBA’s 2026 Golf Classic will take place on Thursday, June 11, at the beautiful Fanshawe Golf Course in London, Ontario!
This highly-anticipated annual event is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a day of golf, connect with fellow industry professionals, and make lasting memories on the greens.

Constructors Cup
The LHBA in partnership with The Tricar Group present our Annual Constructors Cup, Corporate Soccer Tournament.
Happening on the 29th of May, the proceeds will be donated to the Homes For Heroes and the London Veterans Village.
Matching Fund: Every dollar raised will be matched by a generous anonymous donor family through the Fund for Change, administered by the London Community Foundation.

Parade
of Renos
Each year LHBA RenoMark Renovators and the home owners of recent renovation projects offer an exclusive look at incredible projects in London, opening their homes for our parade.
Proceeds from the parade are donated to charity, most recently to Threads of Life, a Canadian registered charity dedicated to supporting families after a workplace fatality, life-altering injury or occupational disease.
The 2025 parade featured 10 beautiful kitchen, main floor, full home and outdoor living renovations including a Pool House and ADU (Additional Dwelling Unit). Participating in this year’s parade: DUO Building Ltd., CCR Build + Remodel Inc., CLAY dcc (Design, Construction & Cabinetry), McCarty Squared, Riverside Construction, V + V Homes and Vantage Built Construction Ltd. The parade provides a wonderful opportunity to gain direct access to a range of renovations, the ability to chat with renovators, and the opportunity to gain ideas an inspiration for your own projects!

Awards of
Creative Excellence
The Awards of Creative Excellence were created by the London Home Builders’ Association to recognize quality products and industry accomplishments. Members are honoured for special achievements and innovations in New Home Building, Renovations, Sales & Marketing, and Design, Community Service, Environmental Stewardship and more as well as for personal voluntary commitments to the Association and the housing Industry.
