Each year, our all-volunteer Careers Committee donates hard hats to incoming first year construction students at Fanshawe College and graduating students from various programs at North American Trade Schools (NATS) as a part of their commitment to supporting careers in the trades and the future of the home building industry. Other initiatives include the Interior Design Competition Program, LHBA awards of merit, LHBA’s Student Ambassador Program and promotion of careers in the trades.
